1. When can I expect my Tote Bag to arrive?

For our customers across the United States, we follow a precise delivery schedule:

  • Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this hour will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Handling & Fulfillment: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Transit: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Arrival: You should receive your package within 8 to 10 business days.

2. Are there any shipping fees?

No. We are proud to offer  Standard Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the U.S. There are no surprise costs; the price listed is your final total.

3. Where is Legends located?

Legends is a proudly American-owned business operating out of Memphis, Tennessee. By focusing on a specialized collection of premium tote bags, we are able to deliver high-quality craftsmanship directly to your doorstep.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We provide a 24-hour window for cancellations. If you need to stop your order, please contact us immediately within this timeframe so we can intercept the processing.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

If your purchase is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we sent the incorrect item, we will resolve the issue at no expense to you ($0.00). We will provide a pre-paid return label via email for a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

6. Do you accept returns for a change of heart?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For "change of mind" or "style preference" returns, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a trackable shipping service must be used.

7. Do you charge restocking fees?

Never. We do not apply any restocking or processing fees to any returned merchandise.

8. How long does the refund process take?

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection (usually within 1 business day), we will authorize the refund. The credit typically appears on your original payment statement within 7 business days, depending on your bank's internal policies.

9. How do I track my delivery?

It’s easy to stay informed. Simply use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on our "Track Order" page to monitor your package's status in real-time.
