You have a 30-day window from the date your package is delivered to request a return for your merchandise.

2. Product Condition

To qualify for a reimbursement, items must be:

• In their original, unworn, and flawless condition.
• Accompanied by all authentic labels, documentation, and accessories.
• Placed, if possible, within the original packaging to prevent damage during the return journey.

3. Shipping Protocol

Every return must be dispatched using a traceable shipping method. This tracking requirement protects both the customer and the store by providing proof of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs & Liabilities

• Elective Returns (Customer Choice): For returns based on personal preference (e.g., change of mind, style choice, or size selection), the shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Legends does not supply pre-paid labels for elective returns. You may use any carrier of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Damaged or Erroneous Shipments: If you receive a product that is defective, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered, the return is 100% free ($0.00 cost). We will provide a digital pre-paid label via email for you to print and use.

5. Service Fees

• Restocking Fees: We believe in fair service; therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Request Approval: Contact our support team at contact@shoplegends-store.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization and provide the designated shipping address.
2. Safe Packaging: Securely pack your item with all original components included to avoid transit issues.
3. Dispatch: Send the package back to us following the specific instructions provided in our confirmation email.

Inspection & Reimbursement Process

• Verification: Once your return is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. This review is typically finalized within 1 business day.
• Approval: After verification, your refund will be authorized immediately.
• Credit Issuance: Funds are sent back to the original payment method. While we process this instantly, please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist with size or model swaps:

• Please reach out to us first for specific exchange coordination.
• We do not charge exchange fees.
• While the customer covers the return shipping to our facility, Legends will pay for the shipping of your new replacement product.

Order Cancellations

We allow a 24-hour window for cancellations. Please notify us immediately if you wish to revoke your order. Once the 24-hour period has passed, the order is likely already in fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
